John Moore, expert on the history of Scottish cartography, journeys through the story of the nation’s major maps.
The history of Scotland’s mapping is peppered with elements of diplomacy, conflict and discovery, and yet, there are still many aspects which remain unstudied. This talk will look at the nation’s cartography and its major maps, with the occasional question thrown in to challenge accepted beliefs.
