Creating Costume Textiles for the Outlander television series through to making visual artworks that have exhibited across the UK, Helen shares her process and experiences as an Artist and Designer in this Artist Talk and sharing event. With over 15 years of experience in the creative industries, this talk offers audiences a fascinating insight into the artistic techniques Helen uses to tell stories and create narratives through a range of textile and visual artworks.
A selection of Helens research material, textile designs and artworks will be arranged within the library space for the audience to view and handle following the talk, including samples and images from the Outlander series.
