Join us at 20-21 Visual Arts Centre to explore the pop art movement

In this workshop, children will be introduced to the concept of the pop art movement and explore the work of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
They will learn how Andy used everyday objects in art and be shown examples of his work.
Children will learn the principles of drawing a self-portrait and using Andy Warhol’s images as inspiration, they will create a pop art style self-portrait.
This workshop lasts approximately 2 hours and is aimed at children aged 7-11
Please meet our Learning Assistant at reception in 20-21 at 10am to complete registration and pay for your workshop.
To accommodate as many children as possible, we prefer not to exceed a ratio of one adult for each family group.
The price of £6.30 per child taking part and one accompanying adult. Each child taking part will need a ticket.
If you are booking for a group, we require at least one adult for every six children.

Babies under 2 years of age are free, but please do let the team know in advance if you are bringing additional children.
