The lid is of shallow domical form decorated decorated with four marked huntsmen, and inscribed: 'In the name of God. Blessing, victory, & support to the Vazir Abu'l-Mutarrif son of al-Manur Abu 'Amir Muhammad son of Abu 'Amir, may God support him.'
