A group of 17 works including 1) square bottle by David Leach; 2) Beaten bottle with slip (hakami?) by Shoji Hamada; 3-8) 6 works by Lucie Rie including a black and white knitted bowl, a fluted trumpet and an early vinaigrette bottle with stopper (illustrated); 9-11) 3 works by Bernard Leach including a tall squared bottle with wax resist leaf design, a bowl and a black temoku vase with scratched red marks. The other works are by Michael Cardew, Sven Byers, Alan Caiger Smith, Catherine Pleydell Bouverie, Helen Pincombe and Mary Rogers. Part of a bequest to five museums by Gillian Dickinson through the Art Fund in 2002.
