A beautiful woman in a rich, white and gold dress leans on a couch, holding a black and yellow feather fan in her jewelled hands.
Her golden hair is parted in the middle and fastened with spiral pearl clasps. Round her neck is a chain bearing a crystal locket, showing the flesh through it. Behind is a brass bowl of cream roses.
