On the afternoon of August 7th, Lord Keith in the 'Tonnant's' barge took General Bonaparte, General Bertrand and his wife, General Moutholon and his wife, General Gourgand and Count de Las Cases to the 'Northumberland' and after delivering them into the charge of Sir George Cockburn, he returned to the 'Tonnant'.
