A study of three naked forms, each figure depicted crucified.
The image is not about a literal interpretation of the biblical story but rather presents a universal image of extreme suffering. This is edition 9 /10. Another edition of the same work for the Fitzwilliam Museum was supported by a grant in 1997 (see Review number 4412).
