In this practice you will slow down with longer-held poses and reflect on themes drawn from paintings within the Barber’s collection. Our focus will be on sequences around water, stimulating the flow of chi and restoring vitality.
This workshop will take place on Zoom. Booking is essential. No yoga experience is necessary as full introduction is given throughout the session.
