Enjoy a chilled-out start to your evening and begin your week with a free after-work mindfulness and meditation session in Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum.
Kathryn Buxton – who has taught meditation for nearly 10 years and trained with the British School of Meditation – will teach you the basics of using a focus on the breath to calm the body and mind.
Each session will start with a settling meditation, followed by a longer mindfulness meditation on the breath. You will have time to ask questions afterwards and be given tips and ideas for everyday mindfulness and how to start a formal practice of your own should you wish.
Suitable for beginners and those with some experience.
