See London from a whole new angle on a Regent's Canal narrowboat trip, from the London Canal Museum !
Discover a different side of London away from the crowds on the water by canal boat. Our range of trips include an expert commentary from a museum guide, exploring points of interest, the history of the canals and more!
All trips depart from London Canal Museum, located in the vibrant King’s Cross quarter and just a short walk from King’s Cross Station.
Glide along the Regent’s Canal aboard the Museum’s narrowboat ‘Long Tom’ as we serve you complimentary refreshments - departing from the Museum on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays from April-2nd to October-31st. Museum guides provide commentary on board about the history and the people of London’s canal network, places of interest, other stories and more!
Passengers can choose between the 50 minute long popular Islington Tunnel Trip (with an extended Cream Tea Trip on the Thursday 3pm boat & also every second Wednesday), or ‘Canal Cruise Friday’ long trips to Little Venice or Victoria Park (4-5 hours). We also have the Camden Lock Explorer every second Wednesday morning, with Historic Boat trips on “Tarporley” on the alternate Wednesdays - a choice for all interest and budgets ! Tunnel Trips from £17 adult, see www.lcm.me.uk/bt for more details and further boat trip pricing.
NB Free entry to the museum is included in all boat trip tickets.
