What to see
The Wrigley Collection, a cornerstone of the museum, comprises over 200 paintings, watercolors, prints, and ceramics. Artworks by renowned artists like J.M.W. Turner, Sir Edwin Landseer, John Constable and George Clausen. A smaller collection of Modern Art includes memorable works by John Armstong, Edward Burra, Victor Pasmore, Edward Burra and Patrick Procktor.
Contemporary Art
The lower ground floor is dedicated to contemporary art, plus a vibrant program of temporary exhibitions that delve into the museum's vast collections of archaeology, ethnography, natural history, costume, and social history.
