This watercolour depicts Mr Joscelyne's only son aged 50 with his mother approaching her 80th birthday. Ulster own another work by Anthony Green entitled 'Mr and Mrs Stanley Joscelyne: The Second Marriage', 1972 which depicts the same family at an earlier stage period before Mr Joscelyne had died.
