1) A majolica heron stick stand with a life-size heron standing by bulrushes and holding a struggling fish in its beak; 2) pâte-sur-pâte vase by John Wadsworth, director at Minton in 1935, decorated with two men, one white, one brown, tending tall grasses; 3) a plaque symbolising 'Autumn' by William Wise, from the 'Seasons' series of plaques, finely painted in the Art Pottery style with a girl harvester wearing a broad-brimmed hat holding a golden sheaf of corn with brambles in the background.
