About the Tutor: Yvette Jordan is an artist renowned for her figurative and floral works. High visual impact coupled with intricate detailing, flowing lines and jewel like colour are all characteristics of her style.
Living and working in Great Wymondley, Yvette studied at Keele University and then later on at the University of Hertfordshire. Yvette’s work has been adapted for a wealth of products from cross stitch to compact mirrors and has been stocked in many independent and well known high street stores, from F Hinds and Lakeland to John Lewis and Fortnum and Masons.

Come to see the newly opened North Hertfordshire Museum. We have four galleries for you to visit: explore the Discovering North Hertfordshire Gallery, which deals with the history of the district from geological times to the present day; our Exhibition Gallery has regularly changing exhibits; discover how people’s lives have changed over thousands of years in the Living in North Hertfordshire Gallery; see the football collection, objects from all around the world, items from our art collections and animations of local folklore tales in the Terrace Gallery; view artworks in the Arches Gallery, part of the Terrace Gallery. We have a shop where you can buy gifts and local souvenirs, and a cafe serving a variety of food, and hot and cold drinks. Admission is free.
