Bridport’s industries

Bridport’s long association with rope and net making is a central feature of the museum. Exhibits delve into the history of these industries, showcasing traditional tools and machinery. You might even get a chance to see a live rope-making demonstration.

From fossils to photographs

Explore the Jurassic Coast Gallery with fossils unearthed from the nearby cliffs. Ammonites, starfish, and even dinosaur remains are just some of the prehistoric wonders on display.
