Her head is turned towards the spectator with an expression of fear and her right arm is raised, holding on to the wall. She is held back by a long cord fastened to the wall, the other end held by Queen Eleanor, a figure in a black gown over a crimson dress. In the centre, we see a dark chamber with a light glimmering in a hanging lamp.
