About your rewards

Thank you for your patience so far in waiting for your reward.

As you may already know, each reward is created specially to support the campaign; as such they all involve working with a number of artists, specialists, suppliers and partners to ensure that each one is produced and packaged to the highest standard and that they arrive with you safely.

As you can imagine, each reward has presented its own set of production challenges during the pandemic, and therefore some have taken longer to produce than others – however, we wanted to let you know we are working closely with artists and suppliers to ensure your rewards will be with you by the end of the year. Although we cannot guarantee a time frame for delivery for every reward right now, we can guarantee your reward will be worth the wait.

We’ll be sharing news about specific rewards individually via email, so as soon as we know when yours will be ready for delivery we’ll be in touch. Please do keep an eye out for this in your inbox over the coming weeks. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any longer than anticipated delivery times – in particular where the item was selected as a gift.
