Join us for the evening as we are reunited with a host of characters from Newman Brothers’ past.
We always say it’s the people who make the Coffin Works. Our amazing volunteers, our wonderful visitors and the stories of the workers’ who called the factory their home away from home.
To celebrate our 10th birthday as a museum, we are creating a very special new event to give voice to those real people who made Newman Brothers what it was over the course of the last century.
Join us for the evening as we are reunited with a host of characters from Newman Brothers’ past. In this walking play, we’ll be giving life to the stories of Diamond Lil, Electroplater and Tea-leaf reader extraordinaire; re-living the gang-related strike of 1894; and talking to Joyce Green about preserving the essence of the Newman Brothers factory into the Coffin Works museum as it is today.
This is an event not to miss!
The show will take place on Saturday 14th December, 6.30pm-7.30pm.
Tickets are £18 per person.
Spaces are limited so be sure not to miss out!
