Barber Association Look Club | Scent and the Art of the Pre-Raphaelites

16 January 2025
1.30 – 3pm
£3

Join curator Dr Christina Bradstreet for this end-of-show discussion about the exhibition itself and one work in focus.

Join curator Dr Christina Bradstreet for this end-of-show discussion about the exhibition itself and one work in focus.

A chance to ask Christina about the show itself: as the manifestation of her academic work; how the show has been received; the AirParfum scent intervention and multi-sensor visual art– and the exhibition's legacy

And we'll also be taking a close-up look at one of the stars of the show: Eleanor Fortescue Brickdale's The Lover's World – with its heady mix of flowers, fairies and fantasy.

Look Club is an opportunity for people who love art to get together and share their thoughts, likes and dislikes. It's not a lecture, but a chance to discuss and air your ideas – followed by tea, coffee and biscuits.

Please note: Look Club is exclusively for Barber Association Members and Patrons.
