Experience the first retrospective of an artist who believes in creativity's power to heal.
Experience Everlyn Nicodemus’s first retrospective exhibition, displaying over 40 years of drawings, collages, paintings and textiles. The boldly colourful paintings by Tanzania-born, Edinburgh-based artist Nicodemus depict the human body through striking geometric forms. Rooted in questions of identity, belonging and faith, her joyful works of art are a powerful response to the global oppression of women, the profound impact of racism and her personal trauma and recovery.
