With a National Art Pass you get
The recently refurbished Gloucester City Museum & Art Gallery holds a varied art collection ranging from early Tudor portraits to examples of modern Surrealism.
The museum tells the story of the town from Roman times to the present day, and features a Roman kitchen, playhouse and medieval street. Among the highlights of the art collection are paintings by Vorsterman, Wilson, Turner, Atkinson Grimshaw, Steer, Tunnard and Sickert. These works tend to be rotated throughout the year, but individual paintings may be viewed by prior appointment.
