There are regular work-in-progress shows by current students, plus work by postgraduate students, lectures by leading art and design figures and academic symposiums. The college also hosts fundraising sales, including RCA Secret, and exhibitions organised by selected partners.
Impressive alumni
Former students of the Royal College of Art include artists Tracey Emin and David Hockney, film-maker Ridlety Scott, textile designer Zandra Rhodes and engineer and designer James Dyson.
Yearly showcase
The annual summer exhibition of postgraduate students' work gives visitors the opportunity to experience the very best of emerging contemporary art and design practice.
