Explore 1000 years of the county town of Wiltshire’s history, including its production of West of England woollen cloth, at Trowbridge Museum.

Housed in a former woollen cloth mill, the museum offers a range of exhibits and activities for visitors of all ages. Constructed in 1850, the mill finally ceased textile production in 1982 and is now incorporated into the vibrant Shires Shopping Centre. Whether you're interested in textiles, local history, or simply looking for something interesting to do in Wiltshire, this museum is well worth a visit.
