Elizabeth Blackadder is the only woman to be a fully elected member of both the Royal Academy and the Royal Scottish Academy. Although her work is in a range of media, including tapestry, oil and lithography, many consider her watercolours to be her greatest achievement. This latest addition joins a collection of 36 works and will form part of a new still-life exhibition display titled ‘Exploring Art’.
