Art Funded by you

Our Love is Like the Earth, the Sun, the Trees and Birth

Martin Boyce, 2003

© DACS, London 2008

The installation consists of three tree lights, one small black bin, two daybeds, one mobile and five ventilation grills. The installation triggers memories of teenage evenings in parks and captures the mood and melancholy of early evening in the city or the suburbs. The mobile has parts hanging from it that were originally made and designed by Charles and Ray Eames.
