Portrait of Sir Pulteney Malcolm, (1768-1838). The sitter was in the navy, with Nelson in the Mediterranean. Rear Admiral in 1813, at war with USA 1815 when nominated a KCB. Vice Admiral in 1821. He is depicted wearing the undress uniform of Rear Admiral, Trafalgar Medal and Ribbon and Star of the Order of the Bath.
