Silver-gilt Chalice and Paten

Unknown artist, 1518–1519

The chalice has a six-lobed foot and is engraved: IHS XRS and EH. The initials may refer to Elizabeth Howard, wife of Sir Henry Bedingfield who died in 1656. Has London hallmark and a makers mark of a Scorpion or fish.
