This table alarm clock has a gilded brass body with a silver dial, and, on the sides, silver frames enclosing glass panels. It is supported on four silver feet formed as winged lions. Beneath the body is the bell of the alarm. The dial is engraved with a view of a town on a river, where a man fishes on a bank
