Blending an expertise in classical and traditional guitar playing, Miguel Girão brings an afternoon of music to the special atmosphere of Innerpeffray Chapel. Originally from Portugal and now based in Glasgow, Miguel graduated on Classical Guitar at Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa and is currently studying Traditional Music at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. His return to Innerpeffray (having performed here in the summer of 2023 with his group ‘Tern’) coincides with the release of his new solo recording, ‘The Courtly Seam’.
