Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this yoga class will provide a nurturing space for you.

This class will provide a nurturing space and time for you, whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.

Build strength and improve balance by stretching and strengthening your muscles. This will enhance your range of motion and reduce stiffness.

Enjoy your weekly workout in the Lucas Room in Hitchin Town Hall adjoining North Herts Museum.

Every Thursday, 5.30 - 6.30pm

Last session in 2024 will be 12 December. Yoga will resume from 9 January.

£8 per person

Please be advised, if you purchase a ticket at the door on the day of the event, there will be a £1 surcharge. Tickets booked in person in advance will not incur a surcharge.

Tickets cannot be purchased online on the day of the event. Refunds will not be accepted 48 hours before the event.

Come to see the newly opened North Hertfordshire Museum. We have four galleries for you to visit: explore the Discovering North Hertfordshire Gallery, which deals with the history of the district from geological times to the present day; our Exhibition Gallery has regularly changing exhibits; discover how people’s lives have changed over thousands of years in the Living in North Hertfordshire Gallery; see the football collection, objects from all around the world, items from our art collections and animations of local folklore tales in the Terrace Gallery; view artworks in the Arches Gallery, part of the Terrace Gallery. We have a shop where you can buy gifts and local souvenirs, and a cafe serving a variety of food, and hot and cold drinks. Admission is free.
