Learn how to create stunning lithographic prints using simple art materials and household items in this online weekender.
In this fun and friendly weekender, you will learn how to create stunning lithographic prints using simple art materials and household items.
On the first day you'll explore the principles of lithography and discover how to create one-colour prints through a series of demonstrations and hands-on tasks led by illustrator and print-maker Viola Wang.
On the second day Viola will introduce colour options: hand colouring and two-colour prints. By the end of the weekend you’ll have created a small run of unique prints with a process that is environment-friendly and non-toxic.
Our small class size of no more than 20 students will ensure that you receive personalised feedback, troubleshooting and group support in a relaxed and friendly learning environment.
Whether you’re looking for a relaxed way to unwind or you’re a creative looking to explore a new medium, this weekender is for you! No previous experience of printing is required.
Please note is a repeat of the weekender we ran in May called ‘Make a Lithographic Print’.
