Students & experts from the University of Edinburgh engage in a conversation on mental health & well-being tools for artists.
Invited students and experts from the University of Edinburgh engage in a conversation on mental health and well-being tools for artists and their careers
Monica Duarte (MSc in Digital Media Design at the University of Edinburgh) joins us to discuss mental health and well-being in music practice. Her digital tools for musical artists alleviate the stresses posed by the modern music industry and facilitate their artistic production with a community-based focus. . There will be more speakers to be added from Edinburgh charities concerned with cognitive health, music and the creative process.
The Shape of Sound is a collaborative project between St. Cecilia’s Hall and students on the MScR Collections and Curating Practices postgraduate course at the University of Edinburgh.
