To mark the 60th anniversary of the unveiling of the John F Kennedy Memorial, on 14th May 1965, NT Runnymede staff will be leading a guided walk of the memorials for the Friends of Chertsey Museum.
Instructions for the Day:
Parking is limited so please car share if possible. Contact the museum if you are able to offer lifts, or if you would like one. Or alternatively park in the Runnymede Pleasure Grounds Pay & Display Car Park and walk
Meet under the canopy by the Tea Room
Wear weather appropriate clothing and good footwear as the ground is uneven, and there are 50 steep steps to the JFK Memorial
