The Antonine Wall has left a lasting mark on North Lanarkshire’s landscape and history as well as a wealth of Roman settlements and buildings. This talk will introduce you to the key Roman sites in North Lanarkshire, what they tell us about life in Roman Scotland, and provide inspiration for Roman themed day trips in the area.
