The Buckley Museum, Library and Gallery explores the Welsh town's role as a major centre for the pottery and brick industries, from medieval times to the 20th century.

Pottery collection

See works by famous potters, showcasing the craftsmanship and artistry of the region. The Martin Harrison Collection of Buckley Pottery is particularly noteworthy, the purchase of which was made with the assistance of the Victoria and Albert Museum Purchase Grant Fund and Art Fund.

Explore the gallery

Expect to see a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, featuring both local and national artists. Buckley Gallery also houses a significant collection of works by local artist, James Bentley (1921-2004), whose paintings give a unique view of Flintshire’s industrial and maritime heritage.
