Charger apparently made to mark the 100th anniversary of the purchase of Irish estates in Ulster, the so-called Plantation of Ulster. Centre engraved with the coat-of-arms of the city of London within a baroque cartouche and inscription surround; 'Carolus Secundis Redux Londons Plantacion in Ulster'.
