Unearthed in 1942, this unique archaeological site boasts the remains of the largest known Roman villa complex in the area. Originally a grand estate house, the villa stood for centuries, with its origins dating back to the Iron Age and lasting until the 5th century AD. Today, the site combines excavated ruins with an informative museum.
