New workshop! Sound Therapy in 20- 21 Visual Arts Centre with Stellular Sounds.

Join Hannah from Stellular Sounds for a session of enhancing your wellbeing through sound in a unique gallery setting.

'Sound Therapy is a form of energy healing, capable of restoring balance to the frequencies within our bodies. The sounds and frequencies naturally bring you into a 'lower brainwave frequency' which brings with it many health benefits.

During the session Hannah will begin with a brief explanation of what to expect and the instruments being used. Following that you will simply get comfortable, lay back and relax as I play my instruments in a relaxing and harmonious way allowing the vibrations to gently guide you into a state of tranquillity.

Some of the many benefits of sound therapy include:

Relief from stress.Fewer headaches.Relaxes the muscles.Diminished painMore focus.More energy.'
