Witness a 75-year collection of ancient meteorites, paintings and Covid tests.
From a 4.5-billion-year-old meteorite to a Covid testing kit, the Collecting Coventry exhibition presents a catalogue of objects that reflect 75 years of collecting efforts.
Crossing the fields of art, archaeology, natural sciences and social and industrial history, notable works include paintings by LS Lowry, new items which are being shown for the first time and the Ogham Stone, an 11cm stone inscribed with Ogham, an Early Irish language dating back over 1,600 years.
