Men's Reset Day - 16th August 2025 is back again for a second year!
Men's Reset Day – 16th August 2025
After last year’s sell-out success, Men’s Reset Day returns in partnership with Action for Happiness, bringing together expert-led activities designed to help you recharge, reset, and take control of your well-being. Grounded in the 10 Keys to Happier Living, this full-day experience provides practical tools to support your mental and physical health long after the event is over.
Through a mix of guided discussions, breathwork, movement, and reflective activities, the day is structured to provide a balanced and engaging experience, giving you the tools to enhance your mental resilience and overall happiness.
Why This Matters
One in three men experience mental health struggles, yet many suffer in silence.
Suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50.
Taking time to focus on your well-being isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
This event is a chance to step back, reset, and connect, using science-backed strategies from Action for Happiness to build a more fulfilling and balanced life. Whether you're looking for practical techniques, meaningful conversations, or just a space to focus on yourself, this day is designed to leave you feeling stronger, clearer, and more in control.
Food, connection, and expert support included.
Early Bird Tickets: £30pp until 1st July. After that, tickets increase to £40pp—secure yours now.
